Asset Management Company by the Board of Trustees of SREI Mutual Fund with larger way of Investment Management Agreement dated 24th December 2011, and this mutual fund is registered with SEBI as par letter no. OW /25525/2012 dated November 15, 2012.
The mutual fund has decided to endorse SREI Mutual Fund Asset Management Private Limited to act as Asset Management Company for SREI Mutual Fund. SREI entered Mutual Funds through SREI Mutual Fund Asset Management Private Ltd. has been incorporated in November, 2009.
